You will oversee risk controls, compliance, and cash handling, support the teller line, coach staff, and drive data-driven improvements to branch performance. Requires a high school diploma and cash handling experience, with weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years experience in branch banking or related operations.
• 18+ months cash handling experience.
• 18+ months customer service in high-volume environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and maintaining audit logs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals and payments.
• Oversee risk controls and audit logs to safeguard assets.
• Deliver elevated customer experience and lobby management.
• Support teller line and coach staff for accurate transactions.
• Communicate clearly with customers in person, phone, or digital channels.
• Use data-driven decisions to improve branch performance.
• Assist colleagues in achieving their development goals.
