Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, branch management, or related field.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting contractors, municipalities, or construction professionals preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: develop relationships with contractors, municipalities, utilities, and other partners.
• Visit customer offices and active projects to identify opportunities and follow up on quotes and leads.
• Assist customers with product selection, applications, and equipment recommendations.
• Promote products, rentals, and services while expanding market share.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and organize warehouse operations.
• Oversee fleet and equipment maintenance, training, and safety.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to improve inventory availability.
• Lead operational challenges and collaborate across departments to improve service.
