C&N Bank is seeking a Branch Operations Specialist to support day-to-day branch operations and deliver exceptional customer service in Northumberland, PA. You will oversee cash operations, reporting, and ensure compliance with bank policies in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of cash handling or customer service experience, preferably in banking. Strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Branch Operations: Oversee day-to-day branch functions, maintain controls, complete reports, manage cash operations, ensure policy compliance.
• Cash Management & Teller Operations: Support teller operations, vault/ATM balancing, maintain branch cash levels, ensure accuracy.
• Operational Excellence & Compliance: Prepare for internal audits, implement procedures, monitor performance, maintain secure operations.
• Leadership & Team Development: Coach teammates, provide operational guidance, coordinate training, assist with employee development; may supervise.
