Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of related job experience.
• Knowledge of banking audit policies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generates high value customer relationships via sales leads and outbound calls to acquire and expand customers.
• Inputs and maintains data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using branch technology.
• Leads and coaches branch team; conducts daily sales meetings and HR activities per Market Manager guidance.
• Ensures branch operations meet quality standards and complies with audit, security and procedures.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
