Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' banking or management experience.
• Notary public must be obtained within 6 months.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise Head Teller and Customer Service staff; ensure service excellence.
• Interpret policies and resolve transactional questions with Branch Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products to offer suitable solutions.
• Support new business development via in-branch and outbound efforts.
• Make overdraft decisions within authority; process loan requests.
• Ensure branch appearance, security, and expense control.
• Cover branch operations in Branch Manager’s absence.
• Ensure BSA reporting accuracy; complete CTRs and SARs as needed.
• Train staff on regulatory requirements and security policies.
• Engage with community activities.
• Flexibility to work as teller platform if needed.
