Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 5 years banking/management experience preferred.
• Must be a notary public or become one within 6 months.
• Proficiency with PC tools and office software; familiarity with regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise Head Teller and Customer Service Associates to provide superior customer service.
• Make procedural decisions and interpret bank policy; consult Branch Manager on complex issues.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services to offer appropriate solutions to customers.
• Support new business development through in-branch sales and outreach efforts.
• Make overdraft decisions when authorized; review and process loan requests.
• Maintain professional branch appearance and oversee operations in the Branch Manager’s absence.
• Ensure BSA reporting accuracy and timely filing; familiarity with CTRs and SARs.
