Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, and minimum 5 years' banking and/or management experience preferred.
• Must be a notary public or become one within 6 months.
• Advanced PC, Network, Advanced E-Mail, Director, Internet, Word Processing, Spreadsheet, ITI Advanced, Transaction Research.
• Working knowledge of applicable aspects of regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise Head Teller and Customer Service Associates; promote service quality.
• Make procedural decisions; interpret policy; consult for complex issues.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services; open/close service deposits and loans.
• Support new business development through in-branch sales and outreach.
• Oversee overdraft decisions within authority and process loan requests.
• Maintain professional branch appearance and security compliance.
• Oversee branch in the Manager's absence.
• Ensure BSA reporting accuracy; knowledge of CTRs/SARs and suspicious activity logs.
