Job summary

A+ FCU is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee San Marcos Branch operations, staff supervision, and daily administrative tasks. You will ensure regulatory compliance and participate in community education and business development events.

Ideal candidates have supervisory and banking experience, and a commitment to high-quality member service. This role requires 40 hours/week and availability for travel to training and other branches.

Qualifications

• 4 years of financial institution experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of teller/vault, new accounts, Safe Deposit Box and product knowledge.
• Must obtain Notary Public & Signature Guarantee certification within six months.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in supervision of branch employees and daily operations.
• Manage branch scheduling for productivity and overtime control.
• Help meet/exceed branch goals and oversee staff performance.
• Ensure branch regulatory compliance and accurate cash handling.
