• Assist members with loans and services; approve/modify loans within authority.
• Resolve member issues and keep the Branch Operations Manager informed.
• Represent Eglin FCU at community events and military installations.
• Assist in researching, planning, and implementing new products, policies, procedures.
• Promote and cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
