Job summary

The Killbuck Savings Bank Co. is seeking a Branch Operations Leader to oversee retail operations at the main or a satellite office when the Branch Manager is unavailable. You will ensure security compliance, supervise vault/teller activities, and promote banking products to customers.

You will also coach tellers, coordinate staff training, and represent the bank in community events. This role requires strong customer relations and operations oversight.

Qualifications

• Maintains customer and employee relationships.
• Opens and closes the branch; maintains security policies and procedures.
• Supervises vault operations; including required entry logs.
• Open night depository and record contents.
• Handles customer problems and complaints; counsels customers with special needs or requests
• Enforces bank policies at the Branch Office.
• Promotes the financial institution services and products to customers
• Provides coaching and/or counseling with employees when needed
• Represents the financial institution in community events
• Notary Public duties when needed

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the retail operations at the main office or branch in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Develops new business and promotes bank services to customers.
• Performs Teller II, Vault Teller and Head Teller duties as required.
• Maintains branch security, entry logs, and night depository operations.
• Addresses customer issues and advises customers with special needs.
• Coordinates staff training and ensures compliance with bank policies.
