Job summary

Resource One Credit Union in Irving, TX is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to help direct branch operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. The role oversees the delivery of a full range of member services and may substitute as Branch Manager as needed.

The assistant will train, direct, and supervise branch staff, promote business development, cross-sell Credit Union products, and ensure prompt, professional service to members and prospective members.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in similar or related field.
• Knowledge of Credit Union products, services and policies.
• Good supervisory abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations follow Credit Union policies, laws, and audit standards.
• Balance daily transactions, manage tellers, run reports, and balance vault.</br>Complete month-end certification of cash items.
• Promote branch business development and cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
• Assist with orientation and training of new employees and staff cross-training.
• Replace Branch Manager as necessary and assist with personnel functions.
• Provide guidance to Member Service Reps and tellers and supervise branch staff.
