Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a branch as a business unit, driving operational performance, financial results, and customer satisfaction. This executive role guides workforce development, safety culture, and growth initiatives across office, warehouse, field, and sites.

The role requires 8-12+ years in operations/branch management with strong budgeting, forecasting, and leadership skills, and a focus on achieving company objectives and culture alignment.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of progressive leadership in operational, branch, construction, industrial, logistics, service, or business management.
• Experience managing branch operations, workforce performance, budgets, and operational execution.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, labor management, forecasting, cost control, profitability, and WIP reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance, operational planning, customer relationships, and workforce accountability.
• Experience supporting organizational growth, operational scaling, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily branch operations, including operational, administrative, warehouse, and customer service activities.
• Provide leadership, coaching, accountability, and performance management for branch personnel.
• Establish operational priorities and align branch activities with budgets and performance standards.
• Manage branch financial performance: budgeting, labor, forecasting, costs, productivity, and WIP reporting.
• Monitor staffing, workload, capacity, and resource allocation to support business needs.
• Analyze metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR on workforce planning and development.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Serve as escalation point for customer concerns and operations issues.
• Support local business development and branch growth initiatives.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Communicate branch performance and needs to executive leadership.
