Job summary

AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to lead branch-wide service and logistics for home medical equipment and related services. You will coordinate teams, ensure on-time delivery, and collaborate with health systems and referral sources to enhance patient care.

The role requires strong leadership in a multi-site setup, adherence to regulatory standards, and effective communication with physicians, patients, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Five years’ experience in HME leadership.
• Experience in health care, insurance customer services, or billing is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, lead the logistics team, and ensure timely delivery of medical equipment and services.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, health, regulatory, and company standards.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and branch-level purchasing.
• Maintain relationships with physicians and referral sources to support patient care.
• Lead root-cause analyses to improve service delivery and patient experience.
• Hire, onboard, and develop staff with clear performance expectations.
