Job summary

AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Supervisor of Operations to lead branch operations, coordinate the distribution of medical equipment and services to patients’ homes, and collaborate with health systems and partners to improve patient outcomes.

You will supervise a logistics team, manage inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high-quality service delivery and staff performance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Five years’ experience in HME leadership or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• Healthcare or insurance customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, directing a logistics team to meet delivery goals.
• Manage inventory and purchasing per restocking policy.
• Maintain compliance with CMS, Health Department rules, DOT, FDA, OSHA and accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve patient services and experiences.
• Resolve service concerns and analyze root causes of service failures.
