Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, audits, and compliance activities
• Coach and develop staff to meet branch objectives
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve complex issues
• Manage sales and referral goals and maintain branch appearance and standards
• In absence of Branch Manager, handle escalated customer issues and decisions
