First Capital Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for our Mount Pleasant retail branch. The role involves leading branch operations, selling bank products, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years in Teller/CSR roles, with Head Teller or Teller Lead experience preferred. You will support audit processes, assist with branch procedures, and occasionally cover Branch

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of Teller/CSR experience; Head Teller/Teller Lead experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Introduce and sell bank products.
• Work independently while following policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Practice critical thinking to identify potential fraud and prevent loss.
• Perform manager overrides as needed.
• Assist with audit responses and branch procedures.
• Provide Teller/CSR support and occasionally fill in as Branch Manager.
• Maintain community culture through excellent customer service.
• Approve timecards and PTO for Universal Bankers biweekly.
