Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• In‑depth knowledge of credit union products and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in sales and member service with a track record of achieving targets.

• Assist the Branch Manager in managing day-to-day operations.
• Provide exemplary service to members by addressing inquiries.
• Support in developing and implementing sales strategies.
