Job summary

Border States Industries, Inc. in Orlando, FL seeks a Branch Operations Supervisor to lead daily branch activities, resolve SAP issues, and manage purchasing and inventory processes. You will partner with sales and marketing to support customer-driven programs and provide leadership for inventory controls.

The role emphasizes training coordination, process improvements, and strong customer service, with an emphasis on accurate, timely operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year business/trade degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Supervisory experience with customer service or sales is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical products and systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations and supervise staff.
• Resolve SAP software issues and coordinate system upgrades.
• Develop and review purchasing equipment proposals.
• Coordinate equipment changes and upgrades with corporate staff.
• Supervise inventory modifications using SAP reason codes.
• Lead during annual inventory and with the Inventory committee.
• Provide responsive, quality customer service to customers.
• Coordinate pricing, product needs, and problem resolution.
• Work with sales/marketing to promote customer-directed programs.
• Provide admin and operational support for purchasing and pricing.
• Oversee inventory cycle counting and root-cause analysis of discrepancies.
