Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Orlando to partner with the Branch Manager and the team to ensure precise, compliant client transactions while delivering exceptional service. The role focuses on leading day-to-day branch operations, promoting self-service options, maintaining strong control standards, and coaching staff to build lasting client relationships across banking services.

Travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills.
• Leadership and operational proficiency for accurate transactions.
• Educate and keep branch team and partners informed.
• Engage clients, educate them, and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand and help clients while checking them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ATM; resolve client issues while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and meet specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 account access.
• Support all branch operations including loss control, compliance and audits.
