Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company seeks a Branch Operations Manager in Wichita to support the Branch Manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategies across operations, customer service, marketing, inventory, and safety. You will supervise and train staff, and contact customers to generate sales leads.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build knowledge of products to make effective recommendations.
