Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Wichita, KS seeks an Branch Operations Manager to support the Branch Manager in planning and implementing strategies across operations, customer service, marketing, and inventory. The role includes supervising staff and contacting customers to generate sales leads.

The position is schedule intensive, with 44 hours per week, possibly evenings or weekends, and eligibility for bonus and comprehensive health benefits. Strong leadership and CRM familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have at least a High School diploma or GED.
• Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build and maintain product knowledge to provide effective recommendations.
• Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration and merchandising tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and security policies.
• Maintain store condition and promotional displays.
• Support employee training, development, and performance management.
• Respond to and resolve customer and/or employee complaints.
• Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls to increase market share.
