Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in Consumer Lending/Financial Services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent; or substitute experience.

Responsibilities

• Exercise lending authority when reviewing and approving applications and offering loan solutions.
• Manage retention and maintenance of existing accounts to meet branch targets.
• Coach branch staff with actionable feedback to raise performance and reduce turnover.
• Prepare and submit reports reflecting branch activity and growth.
• Develop business by networking with local establishments and building community relations.
• Implement internal branch auditing procedures to control negotiable items and records.
• Authorize exceptions to policy and resolve product/service obstacles for customers.
• Monitor monthly expenses against the annual plan.
• Investigate and resolve customer and employee inquiries and complaints.
• Attract diverse talent; interview candidates; recommend vacancies.
