Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Austin to supervise daily branch activities, guide staff, and ensure precise processing of client transactions. You will promote self-service options, maintain strong client relationships, and align with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

As a leader, you will collaborate with the Branch Manager, train teammates, and uphold loss control, audits, and risk controls while delivering excellent service to our communities.

Qualifications

• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintains detail and organization to multitask effectively.
• Leads with a collaborative approach to branch operations.
• Educates teammates and partners to stay informed.
• Engages clients and builds trusted relationships.
• Minimum 1+ year of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch environment and provide exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and check them into the queue.
• Lead branch operations, handling cash devices and adhering to policies.
• Introduce clients to branch team to deliver seamless service and address financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify client banking.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep branch secure.
