Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Austin to guide daily branch operations, work with the Branch Manager, and ensure exceptional client experiences. You will lead cash and ATM activities, foster team collaboration, and promote self-service options to customers.

The role requires 1+ years of retail banking experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to policy compliance, with weekend/evening hours as part of the branch schedule.

Qualifications

• Able to adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Experience building client relationships and referring experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash vault and ATM, ensuring accuracy and policy adherence.
• Facilitate collaboration with the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to customers for banking convenience.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep branch secure.
