Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to support the System Application Engineers in their support of the construction sales team and to act as SAE for select reps, customers and projects. You will ensure projects are profitable, on-time, within the scope of the contract and in alignment with customer expectations.

You will coach SAEs and lead project management practices, support pre-sales activities, and work with sales, service and subcontractors to balance internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• 5+ years of operations management in Building Construction/HVAC.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support System Application Engineers and SAE for select reps and projects.
• Ensure projects are profitable, on-time, within contract scope, and meet customer expectations.
• Provide training on project management practices and equipment order execution.
• Assist pre-sales with system configuration validation and HVAC equipment selection.
• Coordinate with sales, service and subcontractors to balance internal processes and customer satisfaction.
