Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to support System Application Engineers, ensuring profitable, on-time project execution and alignment with customer expectations. You will coach SAEs, manage complex projects, and maintain balance between internal processes and customer satisfaction in the Tampa area.

Requires a mechanical engineering degree and 5+ years in operations management within HVAC/building construction, plus project management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• 5+ years of operations management experience in Building Construction and/or HVAC.
• Project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and daily guidance to System Application Engineers.
• Lead complex projects as assigned by Branch Management.
• Ensure on-time, within-scope project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop technical training for SAEs and coordinate handoffs to service teams.
