The role requires 2–4 years in financial services, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of branch processes.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of financial services experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Authority to provide signature guarantees up to approved limit.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of branch operations and policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Understand, comply, and train others on all applicable government regulations and laws, including BSA, funds availability, truth in savings, privacy legislation, and related laws.
• Provide supervisor overrides and approvals within assigned limits; assist with error resolution for staff and members.
• Ensure teller and member services functions are performed correctly according to policies; ensure security procedures are followed.
• Advise the manager on performance issues; intervene in minor staff disputes; maintain and update department manager.
• Perform required monthly audits with minimal supervision.
• Provide leadership to teller and member service staff through communication, objective setting, and delegation; train staff.
