Job summary

Qualifications

Strong commitment to providing exceptional member service.
HS diploma or equivalency.
Knowledge of state and federal banking regulations (preferred).
Cash handling experience and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Promote branch improvements through high-quality member service and professionalism.
Perform basic paying and receiving functions and handle deposits and withdrawals.
Safeguard cash and adhere to cash limits and dual-control procedures.
Balance cash, vault cash, and related transactions daily.
Identify sales opportunities and refer banking products and services.
Open new depository accounts in accordance with regulations and internal policies.
Maintain knowledge of policies (BSA, Reg CC, Reg D, Reg E, etc.) and ensure compliance.
Process mail/night depository work and related duties.
Balance ATM and coin counter, issue cashier checks, money orders and gift cards.
