Qualifications

• Ability to educate and keep the branch team informed.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and refer experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Availability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication, anticipate needs, manage waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, resolve issues with accuracy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and specialized help when needed.
• Show clients self-service options for 24/7 access.
• Support all branch operations, uphold loss control, compliance, audits.
