Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch environment.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs during visits.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and adherence to policies; resolve issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with financial needs.
• Promote self-service options for clients to access accounts anytime.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth, secure operations.
