You will lead a team, enforce policy compliance, promote self-service options, and drive loss-control and audits. Weekend/evening shifts and 1+ year of banking experience are required. This is a hands-on leadership role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Willing to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience.
• Greet clients warmly as they enter the branch, assisting with transactions, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and manage the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, ensuring policy adherence.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to enable account access anytime, day or night.
• Support branch operations with loss control, compliance, and audits.
