You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth project progression and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers and answer calls.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and returning customers.
• Prepare quotes and guide customers through ordering process.
• Follow up on quotes and inquiries to move projects forward.
• Enter orders and quotations into the accounting system.
• Coordinate with warehouse/production for timely fulfillment.
• Handle daily office operations, reporting, and cash handling.
• Assist with inventory counts and reporting.
• Maintain a professional, organized office environment.
• Support the General Manager with day-to-day branch operations.
