Job summary

Specialty Products and Insulation is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Lithonia, GA branch. Qualifications

Previous managerial experience required.

Responsibilities

Oversee branch operating income and EBITDA.
Lead warehouse, admin, Customer Service and Inside Sales teams.
Develop inventory programs to optimize turns and ensure adequate stock.
Set performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Lead safety program and ensure compliance with regulations and certifications.
Coach and develop staff and implement training.
