Job summary

SPI - Specialty Products & Insulation in Lithonia, GA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the branch, drive operating income and EBITDA, and manage warehouse, administrative, and sales support teams. The role emphasizes strategic planning, inventory control, and process optimization to deliver customer satisfaction.

You will implement inventory programs, establish performance metrics, coach staff, and ensure safety and compliance with government regulations while developing best practices.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and minimum managerial experience.
• Experience in distribution/building materials industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch/area operating income and EBITDA to meet budget.
• Lead warehouse, administrative, Customer Service and Inside Sales teams.
• Develop benchmarks and implement best practices to exceed performance.
• Provide coaching and recognition programs to improve staff morale.
• Establish safety program and ensure compliance with regulations.
