cPort Credit Union is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Assistant Branch Support Manager to lead the Branch Support team and oversee key operational and compliance responsibilities at the Riverside Branch in Portland, ME. This role supports branch teams with escalated questions, drives accuracy and efficiency improvements, and helps shape procedures to enhance the member experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, development, and performance management with regular one-on-ones.
• Oversee operational, compliance, and reporting responsibilities daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.
• Manage creation, updating, and annual review of Branch Operations procedures.
• Resolve escalated account, transactions, and operational questions.
• Use reporting to identify risk, improve processes, and support new systems.
• Create and track Branch Operations Campaigns.
