Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's degree in Business Management, Logistics or Operations Management preferred
• Valid CDL Class A license or complete CDL training within 90 days of employment
• 1+ years of leadership experience in transportation preferred

Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations and lead drivers to ensure timely, safe, and efficient operations
• Complete routes for employees who are absent and assist with daily morning duties
• Monitor safety, DOT, and company policies compliance and escalate issues to leadership
• Track and update daily department reports and participate in weekly operational meetings
• Provide feedback on performance, attendance, or safety concerns and assist in training staff
