The role involves coordinating routes for absent staff, assisting with sorting freight and loading trucks, and monitoring safety and DOT compliance while preparing daily reports. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• 1+ years of experience in transportation and leadership preferred.
• Associate's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations and lead drivers.
• Complete routes for employees who are absent.
• Assist with sorting freight, loading trucks, and daily duties.
• Track and update daily department reports.
• Monitor safety, DOT, and company policies.
• Attend weekly operational meetings.
• Travel may be required.
