Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL Class A license required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• 1+ years of leadership experience in transportation or logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations and lead drivers to ensure timely, safe, and efficient service.
• Assist with route planning, coverage for absent employees, and daily morning duties.
• Monitor safety, DOT, and company policies and track department reports.
• Provide feedback on performance, attendance, or safety concerns to management.
• Aid in training and onboarding of new staff and participate in weekly operational meetings.
• Travel may be required.
