Responsibilities

• Supervise Banking Specialists I & II and daily teller line operations.
• Oversee branch operations in the absence of branch management.
• Assist in daily branch operations including deposits, withdrawals and other financial interactions.
• Assist staff with complex transactions and resolve customer issues.
• Engage customers while opening deposit accounts and processing teller transactions.
• Sell and cross-sell bank products.
• Collaborate to balance and audit vaults/ATMs and follow dual control procedures.
• Oversee training of new branch staff and development of current staff.
• Assist growth and management of branch portfolios.
• Adhere to customer service standards and collaborate with other departments.
• Deliver a positive customer experience.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
