Communication Federal Credit Union in Owasso, OK is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, conduct teller and loan duties, and supervise staff in the Branch Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 3 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• Previous experience with financial institution.
• Minimum 2 years in a team leadership role highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager about daily branch operations.
• Interview members for loan applications and assist with the loan process.
• Resolve member inquiries regarding credit union products or services.
• Provide excellent service to members.
• Perform basic teller or financial transactions.
• Explore opportunities to mentor employees.
• Supervise branch personnel in the absence of Branch Manager.
