Job summary

FIRST SERVICE CREDIT UNION in Houston seeks a Branch Operations support role to assist the Branch Manager with daily operations and to deliver superior member service. You will educate members on credit union products, cross-sell services, and handle transactions, data changes, and account inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; one to two years of college preferred.
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in all areas of branch operations including member services, lending, staff performance management, compliance and facilities.
• Actively educate and inform members on credit union products and cross-sell products/services.
• Assist members with transactions and account inquiries and perform data changes and account closures.
• Perform regular cash audits on MSR drawers, vault and ATM cash as applicable.
• Provide feedback on interviewing/hiring and counsel staff; handle member complaints and issues.
• Perform duties of Branch Manager in their absence.
