Job summary

1st MidAmerica is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to support Branch Services/Branch Operations and maintain OnBase-related systems and documentation. You will help manage the help desk, assist with tool updates, and develop a centralized knowledge base of procedures and job aids.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT and staff to resolve issues, improve processes, and provide accurate content as systems evolve.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of similar or related experience preferred.
• A two-year college degree or specialized certification/licensing is preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Branch Operations liaison for OnBase.
• Assist with testing, validating and documenting OnBase updates and new features.
• Maintain system-related documentation and coordinate with IT/vendors to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base of procedures and job aids.
• Maintain Branch Services/Branch Operations Help Desk functions.
• Troubleshoot operational and procedural issues and escalate when needed.
• Track support trends to identify training or process improvements.
• Create dashboards and regular reports for leadership.
