Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering an on-site Branch Operations Intern program in Eau Claire, WI for students in finance or business fields. Interns will learn daily branch operations, loan processing, and regulatory training while working closely with managers and leaders to explore career paths within the company.

The program provides hands-on experience, exposure to the Republic Way of sales and customer service, and potential full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work 18–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Become licensed and participate in an accelerated Assistant Branch Manager Program to learn loan processes and regulatory training.
• Assist in daily loan origination, processing, closings and fundings including doc prep and file audits.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths and career potential.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Learn about branch operations process improvement projects.
• Understand corporate roles where branch backgrounds are valued (Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting).
• Overview of benefits during the program.
