Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must have the ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing. Eligibility is based on a criminal background check by the state’s department of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Learn the daily functions and operations of a branch.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and fundings, including doc prep and file auditing.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings and workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Learn about branch operations process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch backgrounds are valued and learn about benefits.
