Job summary

Republic Finance in Pooler, GA is seeking an Intern for our Branch Operations program. As a Branch Ops Intern you will learn daily branch functions, assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding, and gain exposure to broader company initiatives.

This 100% onsite role pays $15.00 per hour with potential for full-time employment after graduation. You will interact with leaders and teammates to develop skills in sales, service, and regulatory training.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for licensing for insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Become licensed and participate in accelerated training to learn loan processes and regulatory training.
• Assist in daily loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Spend time with management to understand promotional paths and career potential.
• Attend regional meetings or workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Contribute to branch operations process improvement projects.
• Learn about corporate roles where branch experience is valued.
