Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering a Branch Operations Internship for current college juniors and seniors pursuing Business, Finance, or related fields. The program is 100% onsite in Lawrenceville, GA, with hands-on exposure to loan origination, processing, closings and fundings, plus leadership training and process improvement projects.

You will learn the Republic Way, meet mentors, and may be offered full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ability to work 18-20 hours per week.
• Must pass background and drug screen and meet licensing eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan processes.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding.
• Attend meetings and participate in process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valued.
