SRS Distribution offers an on-site summer internship across multiple Midwest and Northeast locations, pairing you with branch leadership, operations, sales, and customer service to gain hands-on experience and ownership of a meaningful project. You’ll shadow sales professionals, learn warehouse and distribution processes, and may participate in a 3-day visit to our corporate headquarters.

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales or related field.
• Expected to graduate within two semesters after internship.
• Available to work full-time for 10-12 weeks between May and August.
• Demonstrated involvement in work, student organizations, athletics, or leadership.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Learn day-to-day operations of a multi-million-dollar distribution center.
• Gain exposure to receiving, warehouse operations, dispatch, delivery, customer service, order entry, and outside sales.
• Work closely with Branch Manager and team to understand operations.
• Shadow sales professionals and learn customer relationship building.
• Take ownership of a strategic summer project and present to leadership.
• Participate in a 3-day visit to corporate headquarters.
• Build skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management.
• Participate in hands-on branch activities including handling building materials.
