Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Branch Intern to gain hands-on experience across distribution center operations, sales support, and customer service.

You will shadow senior staff, contribute to daily operations, and complete a 10–12 week on-site internship with potential consideration for the Management Trainee Program after graduation. The internship emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and strong organizational skills, with an emphasis on safety, driving, and efficient warehouse practices.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a degree program related to our business (e.g., Business, Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales or Management).
• Strong work ethic and leadership experience through school or work.
• Willingness to commit 10–12 weeks in an on-site internship and participate in a potential full-time program after graduation.
• Valid driving license and reliable transportation; ability to pass background checks and drug test.
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to daily operations of a multi-million-dollar distribution center under supervision.
• Learn key distribution center functions: receiving, moving, loading, dispatch, delivery, and order entry; shadow Territory Manager for outside sales.
• Lead strategic projects and present outcomes to executives.
• Present project outcomes during a 3-day corporate visit.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting tasks up to 25 pounds and maintain safety compliance.
