Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a relevant degree program with expected graduation within 2 semesters.
• Pursuing majors in Business, Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, or Management is preferred.
• Strong references validating work ethic and leadership are valued.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to daily operations of a high‑volume distribution center under a Branch Manager.
• Learn receiving, material handling, loading, dispatch, and customer service while shadowing sales.
• Lead projects of strategic importance and present outcomes to senior leadership.
• Engage in a 10–12 week internship with potential for full‑time opportunities post‑graduation.
• Attend a 3‑day corporate visit to present project outcomes to executives.
