Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking Junior or Senior college students for a Branch Operations Internship with a Finance/Business focus. This 100% onsite program offers hands-on exposure to loan origination, processing, closings and fundings, plus regulatory training and regional projects.

You will learn the Republic Way, interact with leaders, attend regional meetings, and explore career paths within Branch Operations.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field (college level).
• Minimum 18-20 hours per week commitment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations, loan processes, and regulatory training.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Shadow Manager and Regional VP to understand career paths.
• Attend regional meetings and workshops when available.
• Explore process-improvement projects within Branch Operations.
